Some graphics sit on a surface. This one behaves like metalwork — a crest built into the tumbler's vertical proportion rather than applied to it.

Design Story

The composition is strictly centred: a red bull head with pale horns held inside an arched medallion frame, flanked by scrollwork, faceted red and clear gem accents, and a crown motif above. Below, a basketball roundel anchors the base like a signet. The palette is disciplined — deep crimson against cool silver-grey, with near-black recesses giving the ornament its tonal depth. The bull's expression is fixed and serious, no motion implied, which is exactly why the piece reads as heraldry instead of action. Every flourish points inward, so the eye lands on the face and stays.

Use & Experience

On a tumbler silhouette the design earns its scale. The medallion occupies the front-facing focal panel at eye height, while the ornamental banding wraps upward and downward to close the composition around the vessel. Negative space is minimal by intent, so the piece carries as a bold graphic accessory — a desk object with presence rather than a quiet one.
