Design Story

The composition is strictly centred. A crest medallion sits at the top edge, sakura-filled corner blocks mark the four points, and a pink checkered border frames the whole field like a mounted print. Inside, the palette stays soft — blush, cream, dusk purple, with black robes and a sheathed blade providing the only hard contrast. Small still-life clusters (bento, folded fan, sandwiches, fruit, a bound book) orbit the seated figure at even weight, so the eye circles rather than rushes. Scattered petals break the symmetry just enough to keep it breathing.
